As you age sometimes it’s just a little harder to move in certain ways….or all of a sudden you wake up and something new hurts!!  Just about anyone can start today, whether you’re 28 or 82 years old.

There’s something you can do to make it easier to walk up the stairs, pick up and play with your children, lift a heavy suitcase, or fix the plumbing under the sink. All are important, but I’m guessing the more you can do for the longest period of time is real appealing.

Going to the gym 5 times a week for a hour or running a few miles a few times a week will help reduce those days….but there’s a way to help without going to the gym and it will take no more than 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Although I advise doing tai chi every day….because you’ll feel better, sooner.
